Herbal Creatures™ Skin Clear is based on a traditional herbal formula used for thousands of years to treat skin conditions, especially those manifesting as allergic or hypersensitivity reactions. This formula is commonly used for skin rashes and hives, itching and dermatitis secondary to environmental allergens, fleas, drugs, chemicals or food. One of the herbs in the formula, Sophora root, is both antifungal and bacteriostatic.

Traditionally, this formula is used for skin conditions that arise from 'wind-dampness' or 'wind-heat'. Clinically, this means that the formula will be most effective for cases involving itchiness, redness, and trapped fluids or pus under the skin that may ooze out upon scratching. Traditionally, when treating the skin, we also treat the blood. This involves cooling the blood, assisting the detoxification of the blood, or nourishing the blood to assist both in clearing the skin, and also preventing recurrence.

No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, yeast, eggs, wheat, gluten, nuts, dairy or animal products.

Mix well with your pet’s favourite tasty wet food once daily.

If your pet weighs more than 40kg, increase serving size by 1 tsp per 10kg thereafter.

The formula can be used both internally, and as a topical herbal wash, by cooking up the herbs and soaking in the solution.
